At EBHRA, we ensure your jewelry is carefully packed and delivered. We strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, order cancellations, and refunds.
Return & Replacement Policy (For Damaged Items)
This section applies only if you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping.
Conditions for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged during shipping.

A continuous, unedited unboxing video with no cuts or pauses is mandatory as proof of damage. The video must:

Show the package in its completely sealed condition before opening.

Clearly capture the entire unboxing process and the damaged item within the same frame.

You must inform us about the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Return Process

Notify Us: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@ebhra.com with your Order ID.

Share Proof: Attach the complete, unedited unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged item in your email.

Return Shipment: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address, if the service is available for your PIN code.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will be required to ship the item back to the address we provide.

Please ensure the item is packed securely, preferably in its original packaging, to prevent any further damage during transit.

Refund/Replacement:

Upon receiving and verifying the damaged item, we will process your full refund.

Alternatively, a replacement will be sent as per your preference, subject to availability.

Important Notes

Return requests without a valid, continuous, and unedited unboxing video or those submitted after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for returns or replacements.

Custom-made and personalised jewellery are not eligible for returns.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
1. Your Right to Cancel (Customer Cancellation) You may cancel your order for any reason, provided it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@ebhra.com with your Order ID and cancellation request.

Cancellation Deadline: Cancellation requests are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. Once your order is on its way, we cannot accept cancellation requests.

Partial Cancellations: If you cancel a part of your order, please note that any applicable shipping charges will not be refunded.
2. Our Right to Cancel (EBHRA's Discretion) We reserve the right to cancel any order if the order request is not acceptable to us. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

Non-availability of the product.

Inaccuracies in product or pricing information.

Suspected fraudulent activity.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued promptly.
Refunds
Eligibility for a Full Refund A full refund, including any shipping charges paid, will be provided in the following situations:

Your order is cancelled by you before dispatch.

Your order is cancelled by EBHRA.

Your approved return for a damaged item is received and verified by us.

Your order is confirmed to be lost in transit.

Your order was not successfully delivered to your specified location.
Refund Process & Timeline

Mode of Refund: All monetary refunds will be processed back to your original mode of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account, UPI).

Processing Time: Once a refund is initiated, please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
