Shipping within India

EBHRA is pleased to offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders above Rs. 999. This policy is also applicable to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where available.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your jewellery with speed and care.

  • Processing Time: Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of acceptance.

  • Delivery Time: After dispatch, your order should be delivered to your doorstep within 6-8 business days.

Please note: For smaller towns and remote locations where our standard courier partners may not provide service, delivery can sometimes take an additional 2-3 days.

Our Courier Partners

We generally ship through trusted courier companies like BlueDart, FedEx, and others. The choice of courier may vary depending on factors like destination and service availability to ensure the best possible service.

Tracking & Communication

We will ship your products to the mailing address you provide while placing the order.

  • Dispatch Notification: We will send the dispatch and tracking details to you via email and/or SMS.

  • Delivery Confirmation: You will also receive a communication once the delivery is confirmed by our courier partner.

If you do not receive your products within a reasonable period, please notify us immediately at support@ebhra.com.

Issues with Delivery

For any delivery-related issues (e.g., you received a delivery confirmation but not the package), please contact our support team at support@ebhra.com within 2-3 days of the delivery confirmation. After this period, we may not be liable for non-delivery claims.

Important: Receiving Your Order (Damaged Goods)

As a buyer, you have an obligation to check the product for any damage upon receipt.

  • If the Outer Box is Damaged: If the box in which your item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested to write a comment about the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Please contact us at support@ebhra.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If the Product is Damaged: If you suspect the products inside are damaged, please do not sign the receipt and contact us immediately.

Please note: Our liability for transit damage ceases once the delivery receipt has been signed without any comments regarding damage.



International Shipping

At EBHRA, we are delighted to serve our customers across the globe. We strive to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time, no matter where you are.

Shipping Services & Delivery Time
We offer two types of international shipping services — Standard and Expedited Shipping. The option to select the service is available on the checkout page.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated Delivery 10–15 business days (depending on destination).

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated Delivery 8–10 business days (depending on destination).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination country’s customs clearance and logistics network.

Courier Partners
We generally ship through trusted courier companies like FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, India Post, SRX Premium, SRX Priority, and others. The choice of courier may vary depending on factors like destination, serviceability, and package weight.

Tracking & Communication
Once your order is dispatched and the shipment is in transit, we will share the tracking details via email and/or SMS so that you can follow your package until delivery.

Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes in the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid directly by the customer at the time of delivery. Since duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.

Returns & Exchanges
