ORDERING & PAYMENT

1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. We also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option, which is available for an additional charge of ₹100.

2. How secure is shopping on your website? Your security is our top priority. Our website uses secure encryption to protect your personal data. All payments are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways. We do not store any of your sensitive financial information, such as credit card numbers, on our servers. 3. What happens after I place my order? Immediately after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. As soon as it ships, we will send you another email with your tracking information.

4. Will I receive an invoice for my order? Yes, a digital copy of your invoice is automatically emailed to you after you place an order. To help reduce paper waste, we only send a physical copy of the invoice upon request.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

5. What are the shipping charges? We are happy to offer FREE shipping anywhere in India for all prepaid orders above ₹999.

6. How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. After dispatch, delivery generally takes 6-8 business days to reach most pincodes in India.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

7. What is your return and exchange policy? We offer a 5-day exchange policy for any other item available on our website, provided the product is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. PRODUCT & CARE

8. How do I care for my EBHRA jewellery? To ensure your jewellery remains beautiful for years to come, we recommend the following:

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals.

  • Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising.

  • After use, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.

  • Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in the EBHRA box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches and tangling.
